Client Statements
Roler uses composition software to dynamically access data and content from their Financial Services clients to create targeted, one-to-one customer communications. FileNexus® is used to automatically identify, index and securely archive the final product. FileNexus® can then send customers an email link when their documents are ready for viewing through a secure web portal—for example, the MemberDirect® central banking portal for credit unions, or other banking applications such as Portcullis™ by SIT Ltd.
Cheque Imaging
Roler receives cheque images directly from the clearing house and uses FileNexus® to automatically identify, index, and archive files. Cheque images can then be included in client statements through the document composition process. FileNexus® is also used to present the images on screen to customer service representatives, allowing them to answer customer inquiries more effectively.
Invoices
Roler’s composition services are used to develop retail invoices. FileNexus® is employed to securely archive the final product and present the invoices to clients through a secure web portal.
Lease reports
Roler’s leasing clients transfer their billing print data files for processing and posting to the FileNexus® web portal. Customers with access codes receive an email link when their documents are ready for secure viewing. Customers can also view archived invoices and lease contracts. Meanwhile, the balance of the file is processed for printing, mailing and storage by Roler.
Tax receipts
Roler creates, prints and stores tax receipts into FileNexus®. These tax receipts are then instantly available for secure online viewing by both customers and staff.
Collection Letters
Roler creates, prints and stores collection letters into FileNexus®. Like tax receipts, these letters are made instantly available for secure online viewing by staff, allowing them to answer customer inquiries more efficiently.
