What’s more, customers can register themselves into a specific portal, create their own passwords, and access relevant documents. It allows users to see what they want, when they want.
How the Custom Web Portal helps users:
• FileNexus® automatically authenticates and validates login credentials based on previously archived information.
• Users can create their own passwords as long as they meet a company’s pre-defined password rule.
• As soon as users login to the portal, they’re immediately presented with a list of relevant documents. For example, tax assessments, employee paystubs, customer bills, HR manuals, or anything else that would normally be printed out and manually distributed, can all be made available in the Custom Web Portal.
• The Custom Web Portal can be branded to a specific company/department logo/name and colour scheme.
